As a Physical Therapist Assistant working in home healthcare, I’ve seen first-hand what helps older adults thrive: the right amount of support, delivered with dignity. With a background as an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist, I understand how movement, routine, and wellness shape quality of life - especially for seniors. I’ve been part of this community for years, and my goal is simple: empower independence while keeping home...home.
